Saturday, April 23 the Sicilian Milagros Acoustic ensemble will perform at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome to celebrate its twenty years of activity. The event is one of those not to be missed: those who know the Milagro knows how much passion and skill are able to instill in each note composing. But above all – beyond the more personal judgments – that of 23 is set up as a great tribute to Rosa Balestrieri, imposing figure of the Sicilian song, he disappeared five years ago. As already Milagro had done in 2011, dealing with the repertoire of Ignazio Buttitta album “Sangu ru poet”, last year dedicated to Balestrieri “Southern Rose”, the tenth album of their career. The songs of the singer are processed in a new perspective, integrated in more “ethnic key”, and the show follows this new breath. Debora Longini singing and Francis Zuzzurro to be joined by the guitar ensemble, which will perform at the Auditorium of the many tools that we have become accustomed to hear in his music: ney, sax, oud, krakab, guitars, bass, trumpet, flugelhorn, cornet, percussion, accordion.
