Mika Väyrynen (Finland), Xu Xiaonan (China), Concertino band (Moldavia), Bajan Mix (Russia – with Sergej Voitenko), Beltango (Serbia), Christian Toucas (France), Pino di Modugno (Italy), Danilo Di Paolonicola. These are some of the protagonists of the 1st “The World of Accordion” the International Festival and Awards which will take place in Castelfidardo (AN) from 29th June to 7th July 2013. 9 days of music, performance, audition, concerts, awards to celebrate 150 years of accordion production in Castelfidardo (in the Marche region of central-eastern Italy).

Among the Judges: Ivano Battiston, Klaus Paier, Xu Xianan, Tibor Racz, Raimond Bodell, Thomas Eickhoff, Massimo Tagliata and Danilo Di Paolonicola. Ivano Paterno, Klaus Paier and Mika Väyrynen will be three of the talented teachers of “The World of Accordion” master classes. The program of the Festival includes an accordion market to buy second-hand instruments and guided tours to the local producer company.
