Marcin Wyrostek and Tango Corazon Quintet give to the listeners of their latest live cd the magic of tango from the first song Libertango by Piazzolla to the last one, El Tango de Roxanne by Josè Feliciano. The quintet, born in 2006 from an idea of the accordionist and Agnieszka Hasse sweeps away the audience that has the chance to listen them live and one that has the pleasure of listening to the CD and enjoy the typical sounds of this genre.
However the musicality expressed in the eleven tracks on this album are various. In addition to the music of Astor Piazzolla to which the band is particularly bound there are others like Qwerty by Wyrostek, Heavy Tango by Richard Galliano and Gankino Horo reproducing the typical sound of a Bulgarian folk dance.
Although this is an album, the live recording offers to this latest work of Tango Corazon Quintet the right compromise for those who have not yet had the opportunity to attend a concert.
