From May 18th to 22nd Spoleto (town in the centre of Italy) will host STRUMENTI&MUSICA FESTIVAL 2016. The schedule will include the National Competition for young Accordionists (Premio Strumenti&Musica), the Italian Accordion Competition for the access to the final stage of the 69th Coupe Mondiale (CIA) to be held from 7 to 11 September in Rostov-on-Don (Russia) and the International Piano Competitions (Premio Pianistico Internazionale “Città di Spoleto” and “Concorso Pianistico Internazionale “Città di Spoleto”- category). This year, as for the previous editions, a significant number of young and talented musicians will attend the competitions…
This is the thought of the two Artistic Directors Mirco Patarini (Accordion) and Michele Rossetti (Piano) who have repeatedly reaffirmed the importance and prestige that the Umbrian town plays in the musical and cultural world. In the coming days it will be made official the evening concerts that will complete the edition 2016.
