“Contagion” is the title of an exhibition that takes place in Perugia in Umbria, namely, a local of the old town that was imposed on the local scene for the cultural initiatives that have been promoted. The exhibition is curated by Giovanni Guidi – pianist Foligno strong rise in national and international jazz scene – and is oriented towards a proposal for a high quality, but they will offer concerts in small groups and in a location with low capacity. Just take a look at the poster of the event in order to understand in detail the nature of the proposal: the duo Musica Nuda, composed Gizzards Petra (vocals) and Ferruccio Spinetti (bass), the duo Future Primitive, consists of Enzo Pietropaoli (bass) and Adriano Viterbini (guitars), the duo Biondini-Chiavoni (Luciano Biondini accordion and clarinet Chiavoni Moses), the Guidi, who proposed a solo piano concert close to the native, and the next concert scheduled for Jan. 14, which will take the stage of the auditorium of the Umbro Guano Padano. The trio is composed of Alessandro Stefana on guitar, bass Danilo Gallo and Zeno De Rossi on drums and has won three albums (the first of which, the same name, was supported by Joey Burns of Calexico) in which they appear extraordinary artists, such as Mike Patton, Marc Ribot and Paul Niehaus. The concert will be part of Umbro dedicated to the new album “Americana”, but overall the atmosphere will rebuild care group, based mainly on American music, on a stamp acid and vintage, the style tex mex and references to the “spaghetti western” .
